Trust me I had the same problems when I started to coach at HBCU schools but found the way how to deal with the situation not out in the public.we wow at both university with less resources. Tennessee State we won two Ohio championship 1998-1999 With less resources .
As a black football coach I feel like there no room for black coaches to grow in this Profession. All we need is a Chance to move up on the top level of coaching jobs. I am not asking to give me a job but give me an Opportunity and I can show you what I can do , Opportunity 🥲
