Coaches if your kids are disrespecting you and you are STILL playing them, who’s fault is that? You are choosing WINNING/TALENT over culture and teaching. Build a foundation based on a positive culture and teaching and WINNING will follow because you will attract the top kids.

Sr. Parents do me 1 Favor 2morrow. It is the last AAU game for your baby. Give them the BIGGEST HUG ever. It is a blessing to watch,ride along,support & ❤️then. This comes 1 time. I did it last yr. with my son. It was the best hug yet with so many tears. We r blessed.PLS Retweet

July Advice : Coaches want talented players that are team oriented: The more DRIBBLES you take, the more combo moves ending in tough shots, the more we know it is about YOU The more u ATTACK the paint in 2-3 dribbles, kick it out, u cut hard w/out ball, we know U are about US

Hiring a staff is one of the hardest/important jobs a HC will ever do. It is a well designed puzzle where all the pieces need to fit. It took a long time to get it right. I met some quality people in the process. I am SO excited to unveil our staff this week @NavyWBB #GONavy 👏👏

Coaches/Parents on helping your kids get recruited. Send an email directly to the program you are interested in. Explain why you are interested. Shows you have researched Send highlight and Game tape Most Coaches will look at your Film if you do this. I ALWAYS DO!
