Thankful to embrace love through a violent sport. Thankful to have meaningful relationships with great coaches and athletes with high character. Thankful for the adventures and places I’ve seen and experienced. Thankful for my 8th season coaching a game to build better men.
It’s been a rough week with the passing of my grandpa. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be at his services today. Instead, I was with this GREAT group of young men. My grandpa loved watching his sons and grandsons play/coach football. I’m sure he was watching today.
Got to sneak away from camp in the evening to see my dad’s debut as LaPorte’s head football coach. Proud to be a Slicer alum, and even prouder to be your son.
