    Just finished up gathering the information from our 8-week velocity building phase: -September avg mound velo: 80.1 -December avg mound velo: 85.2 -“90 guys” in the fall: 1 -“90 guys” now”: 4 -September avg command: 43% -December avg command: 64% Zero arm injuries.
