Notre Dame went 12-1 against a schedule that combined for a 96-74 record. It lost by 27 to the 15-0 national champs. Ohio State went 13-1 against a schedule that combined for a 89-90 record. It lost by 29 to a 6-7 team. Ohio State is ranked ahead of Notre Dame by the AP. Okay?

My heart breaks for this young man. Epitome of leaving it all on the field. Wish he could have gone out with a title, but this young man gave Notre Dame 6 great years.

Heck of a win for now 10-3 Navy, beating Oklahoma. Love that for the program. Oklahoma is a heck of a team, I mean I know they are 6-6, but they are in the SEC, so 6-6 is like 11-1 in every other conference. Right? That's what ESPN keeps telling me.

An AP voter didn't have Notre Dame in her Top 25 rankings. Another had Notre Dame No. 20, Texas A&M No. 12 and Alabama No. 16. Another had Notre Dame No. 20 and behind both Texas A&M (No. 17) and Missouri (No. 19). This is why I don't take most of these people seriously.

All we heard about the last two weeks was how good Texas A&M's DL was ..... not enough people talking about Notre Dame's DL and defense, and the fact they have an elite secondary.

Was told by someone at the Notre Dame football camp today that the baseball game was on the big indoor screen, and when the final out was made the entire football staff went nuts! So much cross-sport support at ND right now. #GoIrish
