- Replying to @CoachGreenOLNot a single college kid getting up at 4:45 for a 6 am lift. They’ll get up at 5:30 and MAYBE eat something on the way there. Kids that eat a “pre-lift meal” before a 6 am lift are few and far between. And in bed at 9 pm is a joke.
