Just to be clear I don’t know one college coach who is watching 15U basketball this summer. So programs let’s cut the bs on the “exposure” talks. I’m about to start calling people out.
PLAYERS:
Basketball is NOT an equal opportunity sport. Better shooters will almost always get more shots. Better ball handlers will have the ball more often. Better decision makers will be in at the end of the game along with better FT shooters. If you want to be better, earn it.
Guess how many 4 & 5 ⭐️ players are on the current Texas Tech Roster heading to the Final 4? (ONE) and its not Jarrett Culver. STOP worrying about your ranking and start worrying about your HEART & EFFORT!!! Those can’t be measured!!!
AAU coaches getting kids “favor/fake offers” to switch AAU teams is the oldest trick in the book folks. Stop falling for it. AAU coaches stop doing it. It’s only hurting the players. If this offended you. That means I’m talking about you!
Here are things college coaches do NOT want to see:
1. Over dribbling
2. Not swinging the ball
3. Jogging back on D
4. Shooting hard contested shots
5. Bad body language
