Remove that “No refund after payment” sign from your shop. It’s illegal, and it makes you look ignorant. Consumer protection law says once a product is defective, refund or replacement is a right not a favour.

As a lawyer in Lagos, I have been involved in enough divorce cases to say this without blinking: There are a lot of couples who are in s3xless, affectionless, emotionally bankrupt marriages. In fact hearing a woman say, “He hasn’t touched me in 2 years” is really unsettling.
