Immigrated here at 15. Went to college on a partial scholarship. Saved 20K in 4 years working thru college at restaurant. (5K a year which basically was not my tips) Graduated, moved back home with my parents & put in all that money + loans from PayPal credit at 0% to buy

Just got back from a Europe trip which was amazing but this weekend I was in Lexington, KY & had the most incredible time at the Castle & Key distillery. Sometimes just enjoying nature with a good whiskey is all you need 😄

I am remodeling a bathroom. Contractor just quoted a 20K labor only cost in Arkansas. (Need a bathtub removed & new shower area) On top of that, I would pay for vanity, shower door etc. Am I crazy or does that sound really expensive?!

I have seen companies write in their contract after work is completed, we will automatically run the card for the remaining balance. Might be worth asking a lawyer how you can implement that / making it a part of your policies.
