This dude was just asked what he wants his legacy to be and he didn’t mention the game! “Faith, Family, and the way I treat others”

“You’re not as important as you think you are” If Buster Posey is able to say that, you should be able to have that realization as well.

Here is a clip of Brian Whatley of @dnacatching at our camp talking about this same thing. Loved the boxing analogy.

Blocking Tic-Tac-Toe Take it further than just keep it in front. Understanding how to manipulate the ball off of our chest is important. Blocking TTT gives them more specific goal than just the block. Block and manipulate to a point. Also creates competition and makes it fun!

Three Ball Transfers help us focus on the control of the ball and avoiding flipping the ball into the glove as well as working on finger dexterity. Rapid fire off the machine forces player to feel it with eyes up. A fun, challenging drill.

Catchers. Just know that everyone will be hard on you. They expect everything of you and you are involved in every pitch. It’s not always fair, but trust in YOUR process and YOUR beliefs and don’t let anything stop you.

Another part of our transfer series where catcher puts a golf ball between ring and pinky. Forces players to feel the transfer happen to two fingers as opposed to entire hand. Avoids change up grips and gets us to correct position quicker.

THUMB DRAG. We started incorporating thumb drag into our drills more when we had @BennettLee51 on our podcast and he was talking about how he utilizes it. This is a great drill to feel aggressive moving towards the ball but patient staying on the ground. Players got much more
