The USA team did everything wrong in the men's relay. The passing system is wrong, athletes running the wrong legs, and it was clear that there was no leadership. It was a total embarrassment, and completely unacceptable for a USA team to look worse than the AAU kids I saw .
I've been in track and field for almost 50 years. It is one of the most difficult sports to be in. Congratulations to all of the great athletes in the world, and I marvel at your talent. But someone has to out themselves out there for all of you to get attention.
I'm so frustrated by the @POTUS must resign talk. It is clear he is not. He has been great for this country, and the alternative is unacceptable. It is telling who has stepped up and said he should step down. If you're not saying that @VP is next in line, we know you're motive.
It is time to blow up the system. This continues to be completely unacceptable. It is clear that EVERYONE at @usatf is more concerned with relationships than winning. No athlete should step on the track and run another relay until this program is changed from top to bottom.
If @TeamUSA wins all relays tomorrow, you talk to the athletes. If something happens and they do not sweep. ONLY talk to the coaches. Yes, I said it!!!
This is why I love @UHCougarTF , I get a chance to share these moments with great kids. #HTOWNSPEEDCITY teammates and Olympic medalists. I'm so proud of these young men.

You mean you need to be choked for that comment. If you do not follow the sport, or care about it, please do not comment. That was an amazing effort by both athletes. Your hand being tired from typing is not the same as doing it. But what would you know.
It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of our mother Evelyn L. Lewis’s passing this morning. She has received her wings and joined our father. She leaves a long-lasting memory and changed the world one student and athlete at a time.
