Special equipment is supposed to be inspected at that point and was not, an error by the official.
Also, the notion that dreads are not natural makes no sense. They are by definition natural.

Jordan Burroughs just revealed he had a torn calf.

-The hair cover for Andrew Johnson was not required because of the length according to the official, rather because it was "unnatural"
-Official told Johnson he would need a hair cover at weigh ins, Johnson said he had one, but Official didn't inspect.
Just spent 2 weeks here, went just about everywhere and it couldn’t have been a more smooth, safe and pleasant experience.
