    Today, #2816Empress crossed the Rio Grande and the U.S.-Mexico border at Laredo, Texas, becoming the first steam locomotive to operate in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Congratulations to the CPKC steam team for achieving this remarkable milestone!
