As a black woman who’s been in corporate for 7+ years, I’d strongly advise to still be cautious of these types of managers. Your manager is NOT your friend lol.
I relate to this video so bad. The way I will tell my Gen Z coworkers not to struggle and suffer just because people before them did. There’s so much useless anxiety that’s caused by people who are on a power trip.
