One thing I learnt from my mum is to binge-eat seasonal fruits and other fresh produce when they’re in season. According to her, God wants you to eat them at a particular time for a reason.
Once in a while, take like 20-50k you're not using if you can, go to a public school near you and pay fees of people that are owing. These kids are owing about 3k or less as fees and still can't afford to pay.
