    LUNCHLY VS. LUNCHABLES lunchly.com
    Readers added context
The 400 mg of electrolytes in the chart appears incorrect. The 12oz Strawberry Banana PRIME of the Fiesta Nachos and the 12 oz Ice Pop PRIME of the Turkey Stack ‘ems BOTH have 500 mg of potassium, NOT 400 mg. That does not even include the other electrolytes. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK54112… lunchly.com/products/fiest… target.com/p/prime-hydrat… lunchly.com/products/turke… target.com/p/prime-hydrat…

Don’t do this. The cervical spine is not built to tolerate high compressive loads like this. If you want to strengthen your neck, do it without putting load through the top of your head

Neck strengthening is best done using a variety of exercises to strengthen different muscles in the neck. Additionally, the exercise in the video may cause harm to those whose neck (and its muscles, vertebrae, or spinal cord) are weakened. health.harvard.edu/pain/strength-…

🚨🇪🇸 Spanish federation confirm Pedri suffers an internal lateral sprain to his left-knee. His Euros are over, more tests will follow.
    Readers added context
The injury sustained by Pedri is correctly identified as an inner ligament stretch of the knee. It is important to note that there is no injury referred to as an internal lateral sprain. transfermarkt.com/pedri/verletzu…
Readers added context they thought people might want to knowReaders added context
The term "Internal lateral sprain" appears to be a mistranslation from Spanish. The correct English term for "esguince lateral interno de rodilla" (internal lateral knee sprain) is Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) Sprain. This is a genuine injury recognized in sports medicine. ilmessaggero.it/AMP/en/pedri_s…

Google says most people are put in a cast or walking boot for 12 weeks after Achilles surgery. But Aaron Rodgers had his surgery just two and a half weeks ago and is already walking like this. It's crazy that he might actually be back this season.

Any NBA player who isn’t preventatively injecting their Achilles tendons with stem cells every 6-12 months under ultrasound guidance is begging for an injury. These Achilles tears are 100% preventable. SMH.

The 1,101 figure cites a peer-reviewed study on athletes 35 y/o and under. The 1,598 figure cites an anonymous blog that counted news articles about CAs. It includes people well into their 60s. The latter holds no medical standing and comparing figures is misleading. cedmohub.eu/anti-vaccine-a… apnews.com/article/fact-c…
