This is the most well written and performed romantic scene in any Spider-Man or hell any Comic Book film. The caliber of writing to make something so heartfelt without even having the two kiss just shows you how much above the competition Lord and Miller are
This scene right here has to be the greatest swinging scene in any Spider-Man film to date. The combination of Pemberton’s powerful score and all the visual references just further reinforce Miles feeling of hopelessness at this moment in the film. 10/10 scene.
