Blockchain is about to go mainstream. On Dec 30, MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation) goes live in the EU. We have been waiting for this moment for a long time, and the implementation of MiCA gives $DUSK its chance to shine.
MiCA introduces a comprehensive regulatory
The regulation
- does NOT ban privacy in crypto
- does NOT cap crypto transfers (it does cap cash transactions to €10,000, but not crypto)
- does NOT ban privacy in self-hosted wallets
- does NOT ban private txs among wallets
These headlines are misleading click-baits. They twist the truth about the recent EU regulation, making it seem more controversial than it actually is.
In reality, the rules simply relate to anti-money laundering steps for licensed entities acting as crypto-to-fiat gateway
