    Yesterday, ACPD recruits had the honor of meeting Major General Patrick Brady, a Vietnam War Medal of Honor recipient. During a thoughtful Q&A session, he imparted a wealth of knowledge, sharing encouragement and perspective shaped by experiences few have ever known.

    On May 19, officers responded to a late larceny report. Loss Prevention linked it to similar incidents. ACPD’s Criminal Investigations Division, with VA & MD partners, identified 29+ incidents, obtained warrants and arrested 3 suspects,

    K9 Bo, a seven-year-old Doberman Pinscher, joined ACPD in 2021 as an EOD K9 (Explosive Ordinance Disposal). Alongside MPO R. Williams, Bo conducted countless protective sweeps of high-traffic areas in and around Arlington, including for major ceremonies and special events.

    1/6Today, family, friends, public safety personnel and members of the Arlington County Police Department gave Auxiliary Lieutenant Charlie Neal a hero's farewell. Charlie began his service with the Arlington County Police Department in 1986; 40 years ago, after already serving as
