    Went to office today, had to recreate a pic. Looking at old photos of me makes me so sad. I was in such a terrible place back then. Overweight, in a bad relationship, wasting my youth. Taking charge of my health has been the best thing I’ve done for myself, and you can too.

    1 year in the gym - a retrospective 🧵 On the left, I am ashamed of myself and 249 lbs. The most I have ever weighed. My knees hurt, I get horrible sleep, and I hate myself. On the right, I am 205 lbs. My achy joints are gone, I sleep great, and I love how I've changed.
