I don’t necessarily think it’s fair to throw them under the bus. Everybody is human, has certain limitations, and has a different comfort level with taking risks and they might have felt its riskier encouraging you to proceed at that time. I don’t see malicious intent.

I first met Dr. Fullerton July 2023 as a 4th-year resident. I walked into the OR, a room full of attendings, fellows, residents, & scrubs, & he noticed I was the new guy & came up to me. “Tell me about yourself,” he said. @CUDeptSurg @STS_CTsurgery
