- I’m completing my assignment today as #Maldives PR to #UN. Thank you President @ibusolih & FM @abdulla_shahid. Its a privilege to join a distinguished group of public servants who represented Maldives at the UN, the highest diplomatic arena for advancing our most cherished values

- A historic day in #Palestine’s struggle to gain full sovereignty. The #UNGA73 today decided to grant all rights & responsibilities similar to that of a Member State to Palestine for it to be the Chair of #G77 for 2019. #Maldives is proud to have supported the Resolution.
- #Maldives at Security Council: Israeli occupation of #Palestine is illegal; the annexation of #Jerusalem is illegal; the shifting of the Israeli capital to #Jerusalem is illegal, & its illegal to move any embassy to Jerusalem. Credibility of the Council must be upheld.
