Spent last 30 mins with the crew on my flight. Almost all of them’ve flown that route and that aircraft. Dear @airindia / TATA Group: unrelated, but maybe do a random survey of your crew everywhere 🙏🏼, there’s a lot of feedback that can be taken & their work lives improved. Thx.

yea all good, the crew is visibly shaken though, can’t even imagine how tough for them Realising I must’ve met / interacted with some of the crew on that aircraft too … what a terrible gutting feeling

Exact same thing happened to me on a ✈️ from DC to India. Was told my seat isn’t operational, doesn’t recline properly, and all my polite requests telling them I am up since 40 hrs without a wink and really need to sleep landed on deaf ears. Luckily for me, had hung around at

My @airvistara flight today was 6 hrs late, of which over 3 hrs were inside the plane waiting on the runway. BUT, the way they handled the mini-crisis was super incredible! 👏 First, 100/100 on honest communication, what’s in their hands and what’s not, apologising profusely,
