Replying to @ChuckCallestoIdk, 7 years seems appropriate for violently assaulting a kid in a random attack without any provocation. FYI, this man had multiple prior convictions, including DUI and endangering a child, as well as a violent domestic assault. Why wouldn't the judge throw the book at him?
