A very big day for the Irwin family. Son Luke graduated from medical school while daughter Kathryn graduated from law school. While we had to divide & conquer, we managed to get it all in. We are proud beyond measure of you both! @kir_win @LJIrwin13

I join all those who are mourning the loss of a Thousand Oaks treasure. Brett Taylor was so loved. He was part of the fabric of Thousand Oaks and quite likely the most widely known person in town and beyond. Brett has left us all with so many memories that we can treasure. RIP💔

We are all in shock and words cannot express the enormous void that will be felt after the devastating loss of my dear friend Carmen Ramirez. Our community has lost a champion for those whose voices would be otherwise unheard. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.

While out hiking this weekend I received a surprise call from @CAgovernor Newsom. He was signing my bill, AB 325, that will assist veterans discharged less than honorably as a result of PTSD, TBI's & former don't ask, don't tell policies. #VeteransDeserveBetter
