    Today, we released County Economic Status Designations for FY 2020. The # of distressed #Appalachian counties fell to 80 - the lowest in 11 yrs! This info helps ARC & our 13 state partners direct critical investments to #Appalachia's most distressed areas. bit.ly/2RBInHh
