- At 11.30am 29 Dec, #ANC will inaugurate a Sankalp Smarak at Port Blair airfield adjacent to precise place where at the same time 78 yrs ago in 1943, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose alighted from a plane, first set foot on Indian soil & electrified the freedom struggle. JAI HIND.
