Alan Brazil’s comments are undoubtedly what 99%+ of people tuning into Talksport & Sky Sports think. Women’s football has no doubt come on leaps and bounds and good luck to them. But ramming it down the throats of a mass market that doesn’t want it can’t be the right approach.

Some disaster this from a PR perspective for @Ladbrokes Have to pay the lad. The court route, given the laws in Ireland, feels a bit misplaced. It’s the court of public opinion and the Shame of it that’ll get the job done here.

The punter who had £1,000 Flooring Porter at Leopardstown with us (and paid £980) came up to the joint today and said that night he found £20 in his pocket and wanted to pay up Told him cheers, to keep it and get a few pints. Some punters are sound. @BenStarSports @SimonNott
