‘Culture is what happens when no one is watching’ Came out of the dressing room 20 minutes after the final whistle last night and saw subs doing extra running, without prompt, in the pouring rain! Might not mean a lot to some but to me it meant everything #culture #process

😡Coaches of young players: it’s cold!!! I know you know because you are wearing hats, scarves and gloves and probably have layers underneath layers. In freezing temperatures please: ✅ Get the players moving ❌Avoid long queues ✅ Play matches ❌Avoid Long chats #DutyOfCare

And that’s a wrap! Been a fantastic 13years working in various roles at the FA but unfortunately redundancy has cut my time short.Had some great experiences, learnt tons, and met some inspirational people-both internally and those I’ve supported across the region #NewBeginnings

I just wanted to publicly say how proud I am of my younger brother and sister for the roles they are doing with the NHS at this time. Their positivity and passion for caring for others is incredible. ❤️
