My goal was to tenaciously chase after inner strength and flexibility. I proceeded to engage in hip, ankle and shoulder mobility 6 days a week for 8 weeks working in 20 min sessions each day. To add on to achieving my goal I also PR’d in Bench, Squat, Pro Agility and Broad Jump.
