At @RoachRacingClub, we recently hit 100K registrations with 30K DAU, high retention, and ~5% paying users—all while running a F2P model. That’s with $0 spent on marketing, and we haven’t even fully rolled out monetization or core features yet. I can hardly imagine seeing these
