In order to anticipate the position of PAS in the15 th General Election, early electoral socioeconomic analysis was conducted taking into account the discussion and observation approach throughout the General Election 14 th. Based on the findings through observations and group discussions as well as debates on current issues, the authors conclude that the resilience of the PAS status quo is due to several factors. In addition, PAS is also faced with the slightest opportunity in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The changing trends in the next general elections of electoral socioeconomic patterns in Kelantan are the opportunities any party to rule this state from PAS.

This study looks at the basic administrative politics model from the early civilization of the Ma... more This study looks at the basic administrative politics model from the early civilization of the Malay World to the modern Malaysian administrative politics model. Literature Review are based on secondary documents and previous author's reference to the administrative politics structures that shaped the Traditional Malay Kingdom administration prior to before arrival of Islam and after the arrival of Islam. The methodology used is qualitative and a description of each administrative politics model of the Malay kingdoms that existed in the Malay world, especially Malay Peninsula. The findings show that there are similarities and continuities between the traditional Malay Kingdom administrative politics model before Islam and after Islam. A major change occurred when the British introduced the administrative politics model based on the Westminster system model and the Constitutional monarchy. This led to the continuation of the administrative politics model of the administration inherited for thousands of years to halt when the country achieved independence in 1957. A more thorough study had to be carried out to look at the overall course of the administrative politics model of the Traditional Malay administration. In order for the legacy of governance knowledge and administrative politics model of this administration to be preserved and reused in today's situation. This is very important in solving the problems of in certain governance of administrative politics that happened today through the past heritage of knowledge.

On the other hand, publics are questioning the transparency and ethics among the public servants. This paper urges readers to engage the struggle of the National Integrity Plan combating the corruption in deeper reflection on the local dynamics of integritisation process in the public sector. In order to establish the rule of law and accountability, public organization is more understanding of the challenges posed by public servants engaged in corruptions. It is argued that the belying of the corruptions syndrome among public servants, which means to faster the process without through the legal procedures. This will disrupt the accountability harmony and threatened the security risk. Hence, the origins of this instability of trust could arguably be located in the manner in individual of civil servant. At last, this manner are responsible to nurture the integrity bureaucracy.

Recent studies of poverty have showed the advantage of breaking down a population into subgroups ... more Recent studies of poverty have showed the advantage of breaking down a population into subgroups or district along ethnic, religion or other lines. This studies was looking on the causes of failure poverty elimination programmes. Thus, by decreasing in the poverty level in a subgroup of the district in Kelantan, ceteris paribus should lead to reduce the poverty population. This is supported by the findings of the study where the quantitative estimate the effect a change in decreasing the subgroup of district poverty to non poverty. This study aimed to examine the relationship between the elements in Poverty Line Income (PLI),which measurement of low income was resulted in hardship and inability to make ends meet. The World Bank was also defined the poverty as the marginalization of the fullness of life. A set of 385 questionnaires were distributed to the 2 selected districts namely Bachok and Jeli district. The districts were selected, as it represents the hardcore of PLI. This study applies descriptive and inferential analysis was used to identify the relationship of causes of poverty among Malays especially Kelantanese Malays. The findings showed that all the elements in the PLI model (Quality of life, Religious Practices and Income level) have a relationship with poverty intention among Kelantanese Malays. Thus, the findings also confirm all hypotheses. Income level was the most contributed factor that leads to intention of poverty among Kelantanese Malays. Therefore, it is needed for Malaysia to achieve the poverty rate of as planned in the 11th Malaysia Plan and the goals of the New Economic Model that people have high income and sustained.
