To request adminship for yourself or another user, please input the relevant name into the box below. If there has been a past request, successful or unsuccessful, please follow add a number − "Example 2" for a second request, "Example 3" for a third, and so on. Be sure to transclude the request on this page.

Requirements for adminship

To be promoted, the following requirements must be met:

  • Nominations remain open for at least a full week.
  • To pass, the user needs:
    • at least 8 support votes
    • at least 75% of support or higher in pro/con voting
  • Only registered users with minimum 100 local non-automated edits can vote. The edits must be acquired before the voting started. Unregistered users can leave comments in the comments section.
The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.

I'm active in patrolling new items and nominating them on WD:RfD if they are not in accordance with WD:N/are empty/promotional/otherwise to be deleted per WD:DELETE. I also regularly check recent changes as well as tools like the vandalism dashbord to combat vandalism and revert or change them if necessary. If admin is granted, I'd like to use the tools in those areas as well as in clearing the RfD backlog and on WD:AN. --Morneo06 (talk) 20:35, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

  6.  Neutral While the user is active in RfD in the past month, it does not show the ability of clearing the backlog of RfD. There has only been a few edits in WD:AN, and it has only been less than a month since they became active again on Wikidata after the wikibreak from July 2024, per Wikiscan.
