『リタイア・プラン』（Retirement Plan）は、ジョン・ケリー監督、ケリーとタラ・ラウォル脚本による2024年のアイルランドの短編アニメーション映画である[1][2][3]。空想する中年男性を描いたこの7分の作品[4]は、パームスプリングス国際短編映画祭[5]やSXSWフェスティバル[6]などの様々な国際映画祭で賞を獲得した[7]。
日本では2025年に第20回札幌国際短編映画祭のインターナショナル・プログラムとして上映された[8]。

あらすじ
人生に圧倒されている中年男性のレイ（ドーナル・グリーソン）は、退職後の生活を夢見て、自分の時間ができたらやってみたいことを計画する。
