2022年からの変更

カタールグランプリは、ロサイル・インターナショナル・サーキットのパドックエリアとサーキット施設の大規模な改修と改造のため、オープニングラウンドから除外された^[42]。
イギリスグランプリは、シルバーストン・サーキットの南西側に位置する「ハミルトン・ストレート」（インターナショナル・パドック）にスタート/フィニッシュラインが設定され、「アビー」を1コーナーとする。スタート/フィニッシュラインが当ストレートに設置されるのは2012年以来11年振りで、2013年から2022年までは、サーキット北側に位置するストレート（ナショナル・パドック）にスタート/フィニッシュラインが設定され、「コプス」を1コーナーとしていた^[43]。
インドグランプリはブッダ・インターナショナル・サーキットにて初開催される^[44]^[45]。
ハンガリーグランプリは、1992年以来31年振りにMotoGPカレンダーに復帰するする予定だったが、デブレツェン郊外に建設予定のサーキット（英語版）の建設が完了していないため、少なくとも2024年まで延期された^[46]。
アラゴングランプリは、2010年の初開催以来初めてMotoGPカレンダーから除外された^[39]。
フィンランドグランプリは2023年に開催する契約を結んでいたが、2022年のロシアによるウクライナ侵攻の安全性を考慮して暫定カレンダーから除外された。同GPは、2021年からMotoGPカレンダーに復帰するする予定だったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大やホモロゲーション作業が不完全などの理由で過去2年とも開催中止となっていた^[39]。
カザフスタングランプリはソコル・インターナショナル・レーストラックにて初開催される予定だったがサーキット側の準備不足もあり中止となった。
