At Vanson Jackets, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ve outlined a simple and transparent process for returns, exchanges, and custom orders.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Standard items (non-custom) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and any complimentary items included.
Final sale, clearance, or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange (see Section 4).
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team or complete the Return Form within 30 days of delivery.
Provide:
Two clear photos (one of you wearing the item, one of the collar tag).
A short explanation of the issue (e.g., size, color difference, or defect).
Once approved, we will issue you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please include this on the package.
⚠️ Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).
Processing time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after inspection.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is complete.
No restocking fee is charged.
4. Custom Orders
Custom jackets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable because they are made specifically to your requirements.
To minimize sizing issues:
We share photos of your custom product before shipping.
Customers are required to provide accurate measurements using our sizing guide.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges for size or color are allowed on standard items only (not custom orders).
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Customers pay return shipping; Vanson Jackets covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
Your exchange will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.
6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos as evidence.
Once confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs and issue either a full refund or replacement.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchange requests (non-custom items) also require customers to cover return shipping.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped or cleared customs, it cannot be canceled.
Time-sensitive orders (where delivery is guaranteed within your requested timeframe) cannot be canceled after placement.
For custom orders: cancellations are not possible once production has started.
