Governing Documents
Established in 1907 by the undergraduate student body on the St. George campus, the University of Toronto Students’ Union (UTSU) operates as an independent non-profit organization under the Canada Non-Profit Corporations Act. The UTSU is committed to upholding democratic practices to provide the best representation for all of its student members.
On this page, we share UTSU’s governing documents that guide UTSU operations, minutes of various decision-making meetings held throughout the year, as well as UTSU’s annual financial statements.
