I can’t believe there’s a plugin like this

I can’t believe there’s a plugin like this. I was looking for weeks for something so intuitive and simple AND HAS AN APP for tickets validation! Honestly, if I could give this 10 stars, I would have. Great great plugin, I truly recommend this.

Firstly, amazing customer service

Firstly, the customer service is amazing, second to none. If a solution could not be found, an alternative was always offered. The plugin works great, and there is a wealth of resources to support it.

Prompt reply with working solution

My ticket was answered with a prompt reply and a solution that addressed my problem as I described it. When I implemented the solution, I discovered I needed a bit more functionality. I replied, asking if that was possible, and received an updated snippet with exactly what I needed.

Excellent plugin & support

Foo Events not only provides an amazing product, their support is fantastic. This product is excellent if you need to integrate WooCommerce with Zoom and/or showcase events on a WordPress website. Their support is outstanding, and deserves a shout out. Whether I am stuck on something, have discovered an issue, or just have a question, I have received top notch and timely support from Foo Events for years. I have worked with hundreds of different plugins over the last 13 years, and rarely come across support this comprehensive, helpful, and with amazing communication and responsiveness. I highly recommend this plugin.

It includes what's needed to manage events

We have been using FooEvents since more than 4 years and it has been really helpful. We have used it to organize our events both free and pay events, and it has worked as expected. We've also used the booking options based on seating, and even though the graphic options are limited, it does the job. But I think the most important and usefull of the plugin is how the tickets are included to each order with a code that makes so easy the checking day of the event. In short, this plugin has been a marvel for a volunteer-based organization that offers events to its members and can manage them themselves.

Great potential, but key limitations make it hard to use

The system feels robust and offers a lot of potential, but there are a few major limitations that seriously affect usability.

First, the seating chart visualizations don't work well on mobile devices. The layout gets messy and there's very little room for customization or styling, which is a huge downside in today's mobile-first world.

Second—and this is the biggest disappointment—the POS (Point of Sale) system doesn't allow seat selection. This makes the POS completely unusable for venues with assigned seating. It’s surprising that such a basic feature is missing in a system that is otherwise very promising.

Unfortunately, because of these issues, there are several tools within FooEvents that I’m simply not using, even though I initially planned to. It’s a shame, because with a few improvements, this could be a top-tier solution.

Works well, and the support is great

I've been using Fooevents to manage my online ticketing for several years, and it's worked well.

When I had an issue with the layout of events on my calendar, I sent an email request and got a helpful reply within 24hrs.

Foo check-in app unusable on iPhone

Foo for ticket sales is okay, but Foo check-in app on iPhone (13, iOS and app latest update) is virtually unusable due to very slow response (also in offline mode) if not freezing at all.
