I had problems with my system not completely downloading a template. They took over and had it all worked out by the next morning.

The default theme has a viewport that is too small and uses grey text as the default text. When you run a google page speed test, you will lose points because of this. This is hard to change because it is coded in the theme itself. I contacted the company about this several times over the course of several weeks, asking how to fix this. They never really replied in a meaningful was and just ignored my messages. Here is an example of an email I sent them and their response:

Hi

one of your people changed something on my website.

he admitted to this and said: "Since both the icon and text didn’t look good in black, we made the text grey and kept the icon black.” but I don’t like the changes he made and I want the text black.

When I emailed him back and asked: "I know, you already told me about changing my text color to grey. I am disappointed that you did this but I appreciate you being honest that you are the one that did it. How do I get this fixed to make it black?” he only wrote back: "Yes, Jeff Regards Aman”

I understand he thinks this is funny, but I do not and I want this fixed. Please tell me how do I get it fixed to make it black.

I already left you guys a 5 star review but I am going to change it to a 1 star review and include the content of this email if you do not tell me how to fix this.

Don't use Themehunk. I bought their Pro Theme for ShopMania and it does not recognize the purchase and just keeps asking for me to purchase it when I already did so even though I paid I don't have access. I contacted support right away and to my surprise I have received absolutely zero respons to my problem. I have sent at least 7 or 8 emails no way to call and your left at their mercy. I have asked for a refund not sure if I will ever get an answer. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE!

I'm very happy with your assistance with a particular situation of social icons on my site, because those guys worked fast including a great quality.

Since I am using this theme, I have more confidence in my website. If something problematic occurs, it will be solved. Their services are fast. Their products (both themes and plugins) are designed with precision, you will find everything that you need to create an outstanding website, from customizability to SEO optimization.

I purchased the product and installed the plugins and next thing I know EVERYTHING I had already built was all messed up. I reached out to customer service and got no response, so I asked for a refund and now I am being told I asked for it 1 day outside the 14-day window. Customer response time is not what it should be for a company like this. I have had to pay a company $1500 to fix my site and undo everything that these plug ins did.

I haven't tried it yet, but from the video I watched on YouTube, I think it'll be a great experience.
