The customer service agents are not well-trained. A simple withdrawal step-by-step guidance process took me 90 minutes, because of bad service. They complicated the simple steps further. After a headache and a waste of time i completed the withdrawal. Now waiting for my money to appear in my master card. Please note: I have used simple steps to deposit purchasing bitcoin, but the withdrawal was a nightmare. Steps was simple but they complicated it, the agents made it worse unable to guide me with simplicity and clarity. I should have done it in 5 minutes if there had been a good agent.
