Listing.help was able to get us on an exchange and Coinmarketcap within a reasonable time.

However, they charge us to get an express listing on Coingecko which was supposed to be in 1 week. After 6 weeks, we were not listed and while they did offer a refund, it did set our project back quite a bit.

I didn't like the service. At first I could not get in touch. Then they pulled something with answers. As a result, they stopped communicating. I do not recommend contacting them.
