Town

Town Assistant operates behind the scenes — managing everything from busywork to big ideas. Connect your email, calendar, and docs. Your assistant takes it from there.

How it works

  1. Name your assistant — Choose a name and get a dedicated email address (e.g., [email protected])
  2. Connect your accounts — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and more
  3. Enable workflows — Automations that run behind the scenes
  4. Reach out anytime — Email your assistant, use the web app, or ask by voice on iOS

Stock workflows

Every task and workflow teaches your assistant to do more for you.

Expand with integrations

Connect the tools that matter most and your assistant works across all of them.

IntegrationWhat it enables
Google (required)Email, calendar, and Drive access
GitHubRepos, pull requests, commits, code files
SlackMessages, channels, and notifications
LinearIssues, projects, and workflow states
NotionPages, databases, and content
HubSpotContacts, deals, and companies
DropboxFiles, folders, and shared links
AsanaProjects, tasks, and comments

You can also connect custom tools via MCP servers.

Create your own workflows

Stock workflows cover common patterns. When you need something specific, you can create your own.

Just tell your assistant what you want — describe it in plain language, iterate together until it looks right, then set it on a trigger or a schedule. You can also configure workflows manually for full control.

You can do this from the web app or over email. Just say “create a workflow that…” or “change my morning briefing to include…” and your assistant handles the rest.

Use Town anywhere

Your assistant is always available — wherever you work.

  • Email — Send to [email protected] from any email client
  • Web app — Full interface at town.com
  • iOS app — Voice notes, recording, and quick actions on the go

You’re always in control

Nothing sends without your OK. Review suggested actions, see everything your assistant does, and adjust at any time.

  • Approval mode — Review actions before they execute
  • Read-only mode — Let workflows analyze without making changes
  • Per-tool controls — Set different approval levels for different actions
