Returns Policy
Customers can return non-activated Tracki devices within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees, provided the item is in original condition with all components and packaging. If the device has already been activated, Tracki will not refund the connectivity plan that was paid to the mobile carrier. Customers missing components may be charged an additional reprocessing fee of up to €26.56 to cover replacement and repackaging costs.
