Energy efficiency ratings are provided for Sky Glass models (energy-efficiency ratings listed for different Glass sizes/models).

Note: While these are the brand's sustainability claims, third-party certifications can provide more reliable verification of sustainable practices. And always look for the following criteria for a sustainable brand: use of sustainable materials (organic, recycled), fair labor practices and worker safety, transparent supply chain, eco-friendly packaging, and commitment to reducing environmental impact through waste reduction and energy efficiency. Delivery Information Sky Glass is delivered by courier with Standard and Premium delivery options (fees apply). There are next-working-day delivery options (excludes Bank Holidays). An adult must be home to sign for delivery. Some items (e.g., Stream pucks) are loaned and have return/handling requirements.

Returns Policy There is a cooling/returns period for Glass; returning Glass within the cooling period incurs a charge which will be added to the next bill. Loaned Stream pucks and other loaned equipment must be returned or charges apply. Further terms and potential charges apply; full returns/refund details referenced in separate terms.
