Delivery Information
Standard US shipping takes 1-3 business days while international orders to other countries take 10-15 business days, with FedEx and UPS used as carriers. Orders cannot be modified or have their delivery address changed once they have been placed or shipped, though customers can contact support to cancel and reorder. For wrong or damaged items, customers must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving their package with photos of both the received and ordered items.
Returns Policy
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they include all accessories and original packaging, though buyers are responsible for shipping costs on non-quality related returns. Refunds are processed once the returned item arrives at SJoybring's warehouse and typically take 3–5 working days, credited back through the original payment method. Within 30 days of purchase, exchanges are only permitted for items of equal or lower value and require a Returns Authorization number (RA#).
