Delivery Information
SIXT offers a delivery and collection service that allows customers to have rental cars delivered to hotels from downtown branches and special delivery-only locations. SIXT's delivery service must be arranged by calling a downtown branch or through a hotel concierge, with bookings possible up to 2 hours in advance. The service is specifically limited to hotels and marinas, and is not available for private residences or businesses.
Returns Policy
You should return your Sixt rental vehicle at the same station where you picked it up. After returning your rental, Sixt will refund the security deposit hold within 24 business hours, though it may take 5-15 days for the refund to process through your bank.
