Oroton makes quality, timeless products and encourages customers to extend the product life cycle as a way to make a positive environmental impact. The company uses 100% recycled materials for their swing tags and shopping bags, which are chemical-free and use water-soluble dyes. As a signatory to the Australian Packaging Covenant (APCO), Oroton is committed to minimizing the environmental impacts of packaging.

Delivery Information Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, with express shipping to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane metro areas taking 1-2 business days. During Black Friday and peak sale periods, shipping delays may occur due to high demand.

Returns Policy Returns must be made within 14 days of arrival date and items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging attached. Earrings and face masks are considered final sale items due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned. For purchases made between November 10th and December 25th, items can only be exchanged or issued an online credit until January 15th, 2025.
