Delivery Information
The delivery service offers customers the option to pay cash on delivery for orders up to 2,999 euros, with TNT providing more than 130 TNT facilities and over 1,200 TNT Points for package collection. Customers can request order cancellation only before receiving the "order shipped" confirmation with tracking information.
Returns Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, and items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging with all accessories. Customers can choose between exchanging the item or receiving a refund, though return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
