International shipping is free for orders over $20, with a $3.9 handling fee for smaller orders. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation for a full refund, and processing takes up to 3 business days before shipping. Delivery via international ePacket typically takes 1-3 weeks, and if an order hasn't arrived within 40 days, a full refund is provided.
Returns Policy
The return policy allows 14 days from product arrival to request a refund or exchange, and items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or damaged due to the company's error. A return authorization number must be obtained from customer service before shipping any return, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
