Returns Policy
Loopmaas rental service has a policy that rental fees are calculated based on the original order even if there is a delay in vehicle pickup. Customers will not receive a refund for such delays. Additionally, if a customer does not obtain prior consent for a delay exceeding 30 minutes, the vehicle owner has the right to take action.
